Generates a gaussian bunch with RMS moments.

Parameters:

Parameters:	sx : float RMS moment in $x$ . sxp : float RMS moment in $x'$ . sy : float RMS moment in $y$ . syp : float RMS moment in $y'$ . sz : float RMS moment in $z'$ . sd : float RMS moment in $\delta = \frac{p - p_0}{p_0}$ .
